Returns

For safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened, used, or unsealed products. Only items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging may be considered for return. All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been inspected and approved by our team. Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

For product integrity, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items showing signs of tampering
  • Products not purchased directly from CrownPharma.uk

Order Cancellations
